Gluten Free Carrot Mix 300g

Just add eggs (or egg replacement powder), grated carrot and margarine (dairy or soya) to make a 2 tier 6in cake. This cake last 3-4 days when made with butter icing but sadly, does not freeze well due to the carrots.

The cake mix is free free from Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Corn and Soya.

Ingredients: (in no particular order): gluten free flour, dried carrot flakes, gluten free baking powder, cinnamon, xanthan gum, sugar.
