For lovers of a true Bavarian Pils, Schnitzer Brau, brewed in Offenburg in ’s Black Forest , from the finest organic ingredients including Millet malt.  This results in a pear coloured, lightly hopped Pils Lager beer which, whilst having a brusque & Clipped bitterness is favoured with notes of Citrus & caramelised Brown Sugar. This Lager is suitable not only for Coeliacs being Gluten-Free but also for Vegans & Vegetarians being brewed under exacting conditions & where no contaminants are to be found as no other Beers are produced and so meets all the relevant Rules & Regulations.
