Delivery
All orders will be despatched by DHL within 24 hours of receipt subject to stock availability. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next working day. Orders will be despatched within 24 hours via DHL on their 48 hour delivery service. Which in short means you will recieve your order within 3 days from ordering.

Carriage charges stated below. If parcels exceed 20kgs two parcels will be necessary therefore we have to charge for an additional delivery . The weight of your parcel will be displayed when you order so you will be aware of the delivery charge.

Returns
By the Distance Selling Regulations, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days cancellation period: you may cancel you order for any reason whatsoever at any time up to 7 working days from the day after the date you receive your order, provided all of the items are unopened and intact and in date.
You must notify us at the Gluten-Free Shop Ltd of your wish to cancel by email info@gluten-freeshop.co.uk or by phone 01455 213344 (no later than 8 working days after the receipt of goods) and you must return the product(s) to us at your expense in their original wrapping intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation that were part of the delivery. In this instance we will refund on return of the goods less the original carriage charge.
