Smooth Chip shop style curry sauce, created by an Award Winning Fish & Chip Shop and which is suitable for Coeliacs or those with a wheat intolerance.

INGREDIENTS
Modified Starch (Maize), Spices (including Mustard), Sugar, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Onion Powder, Tomato Powder, Palm Oil, Garlic Powder, Yeast Extract (Yeast, Salt), Flavouring, Chilli Powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix 60 grams of curry sauce mix with 500ml of water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes whilst stirring continuously.
Product can be made up and frozen and kept for 3 months thereafter.
